New Orleans Style Courtyard in North Louisiana!
We are the only Event Space in North Louisiana that offers an organic, unfiltered outdoor courtyard and 2 original & authentic indoor warehouses along with a historic bridal suite and comfy grooms lounge that would be perfect for your wedding or event.
The outdoor Courtyard is a joyful, fun space that is different that your typical event space. It can stand alone with it's own natural beauty or get creative and quirky with your decorations. It can accommodate up to 150 people.
The indoor spaces are uncurated so you can get creative with your event and make it your own! We have 2 options to choose from: Our Little warehouse and our Big warehouse (we like to keep things simple here!)
You can also just rent just the Courtyard and one of our indoor spaces for baby showers, wedding showers, family reunions, or company parties. We also offer discounted rates for weekday rentals.
Option 1 - "Little" Warehouse
Includes our Outdoor Courtyard (seats 150); Indoor Foyer Entry Area; "Little" Indoor Warehouse (seats 30); Bridal Suite & Grooms Lounge.
Our Little Warehouse is a 120+ year old rustic repurposed old hay storage facility that opens up to a veranda area in the outdoor New Orleans style Courtyard. This is our best priced option. Complete the form above to get a brochure texted to you with pricing.
Option 2 - "Big" Warehouse
Includes our Outdoor Courtyard (seats 150); Indoor Foyer Entry Area; "Big" Indoor Warehouse (seats 120); "Little" Indoor Warehouse (seats 30); Bridal Suite and Grooms Lounge. Kitchen prep area and Bar are located in the Big Warehouse
Our Big Warehouse is a rustic repurposed brick Wholesale Grocery storage area that connects to both the Courtyard and the Little Warehouse. This is our all inclusive option. Complete the form above to get a brochure texted to you with pricing.
Upstairs Bridal Suite
Our unique bridal area was originally apartments for "gentlemen and ladies" over 100 years ago. It then became the Webster Parish Health Unit and included 11 different examination rooms. "Exam Room" #11 (the biggest!) has become our bridal suite.
Included in rental of this space is access to the Entry Lounge, the Bridal or "Get-Ready" room, a secondary get-ready room, a Full Bathroom and a Kitchen area- all overlooking the Courtyard.
Additional Get-Ready Room (Grooms Room!)
Downstairs is our Grooms Lounge that includes plenty of room for the guys to get ready and their private 1/2 bath.
Not Just for Weddings!
The Courtyard has had many events other than weddings including Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Family Reunions, Wine Tasting Parties; Festivals; Cooking Contests; Mardi Gras Parties, Birthday Parties and even Halloween Parties!
Where we started
We are Kerry and Anne Easley and we fell in love with this old brick building in downtown Minden. In 2014, we bought the building along with an empty lot next to it and soon had a vision for The Courtyard.
After a few years of hard work, we turned it into the place you see today.
