Option 1 - "Big"- Customizable for Weddings Or Non Weddings
Includes our "Big" Indoor Warehouse (seats 120); "Little" Indoor Warehouse (seats 30-40); Outdoor Courtyard (seats 150); and Indoor Entry Foyer. Also included is Kitchen prep and Bar areas and a TV. Perfect for larger events up to 150 people.
Our Big Warehouse is a rustic repurposed brick Wholesale Grocery storage area that connects to both the Courtyard and the Little Warehouse.

Option 2 - "Little"- Customizable for Weddings Or Non Weddings
Includes our "Little" Indoor Warehouse (seats 30-40) and Outdoor Courtyard (seats 150); Perfect for, small, micro and intimate events.
Our Little Warehouse is a 120+ year old rustic repurposed old hay storage facility that opens up to a veranda area in the outdoor courtyard.

Indoor and Outdoor Entry
All Weddings and Option 1- "Big" Non-Weddings include access to our Foyer area which is an indoor entry point. You can have your guests enter to your event here or directly into the outdoor courtyard- or BOTH!
Entry Foyer
Your guest can enter your event through our historic foyer which is a great place for them to see your photos and memories.
This room was a well-known downtown insurance business for years since 1923!
All Weddings and "Big" Non-Weddings include access to this Entry Foyer.
Outdoor Courtyard
Our Outdoor Courtyard is a unique space reminiscent of New Orleans. It includes a bar area and hanging string lights so night-times are magical! Whether you enjoy the trickle of the beautiful fountain or the ornate wrought iron stairs leading up to the balcony to overlook the festivities, your event will be unforgettable!
The outdoor Courtyard is included with all events no matter if they are weddings or not.
Upstairs Bridal Suite
Our unique bridal area was originally apartments for "gentlemen and ladies" over 100 years ago. It then became the Webster Parish Health Unit and included 11 different examination rooms. "Exam Room" #11 (the biggest!) has become our bridal suite.
Included in rental of this upstairs space is access to the Entry Lounge, the Bridal Suite, a secondary get-ready room, a Full Bathroom and a Kitchen area- all overlooking the Courtyard.

Grooms Lounge
Downstairs is our Grooms Lounge that includes plenty of room for the guys to get ready and includes a private 1/2 bath for them.

Transition Room
This room transitions you from the Entry Foyer to either outside into the Courtyard (bottom right) or into the Big Warehouse (straight back thru double doors) or into the Grooms Lounge (top right.)
It is often used as a place for guests to sign a guest book or pick up wedding goodies! This space is included in our Wedding Pricing and all Big Non-Wedding Events.
Venue Layout
Entry into The Courtyard is made as seen at the top of the image from Pearl Street either into the outdoor courtyard area or into the entry foyer. There are also 2 service entries for caterers and vendors from Green street (on the right of image). Parking is down the street in our own parking lot or behind the building (bottom of image).
