Some of the options include access to our Foyer area which is an indoor entry point.  You can have your guests enter to your event here or directly into the outdoor courtyard- or BOTH!

Your guest can enter your event through our historic foyer which is a great place for them to see your photos and memories.  

This room was a well-known downtown insurance business for years since 1923 with flooring still intact from the 1940's!

Our Outdoor Courtyard is a unique space reminiscent of New Orleans and perfect for an outside wedding ceremony.  It includes a bar area and hanging string lights so night-times are magical! Whether you enjoy the trickle of the beautiful fountain or the ornate wrought iron stairs leading up to the balcony to overlook the festivities, your event will be unforgettable!  

The outdoor Courtyard is included with all events no matter if they are weddings or not.  

Our unique bridal area was originally apartments for "gentlemen and ladies" over 100 years ago.  It then became the Webster Parish Health Unit and included 11 different examination rooms.  "Exam Room" #11 (the biggest!) has become our bridal suite.   

Downstairs is our Grooms Lounge that includes plenty of room for the guys to get ready and includes a private 1/2 bath for them as well.  A must for any wedding venue.

Entry into The Courtyard is made as seen at the top of the image from Pearl Street either into the outdoor courtyard area or into the entry foyer.  There are also 2 service entries for caterers and vendors from Green street (on the right of image).  FREE and EASY parking is down the street in our own parking lot or behind the building (bottom of image).
